We offer free and hassle free returns and exchange with no questions asked. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to fill the return/ exchange request form. After filling the form kindly wait for us to get back to you on your registered email id or contact number to confirm your request. This process can take up to 72 hours from filling the form. We will not be able to assist you with any information regarding returns or exchange on Instagram DM or any other email or contact number apart from the one mentioned on this page. 

Once you have received a confirmation from our team you will have to courier the order back at our studio at your cost.

Please note:

  • WE CANNOT ARRANGE A RETURN PICKUP FOR YOU.
  • Custom Duties/ Charges payable which is beyond the control of the seller if applicable at the delivery source will have to be borne by the customer which is over and above the total payment made for the purchase. Failing to pay the custom duty the product will be returned back to our warehouse and such orders will not be eligible for any refunds. 
  • The to and fro courier cost will be borne by you. In case of refunds, we shall refund the total amount paid for the products and not shipping if any.
  • For exchange we shall provide you with a unique code once we receive the order back at our studio. We shall only provide the value paid for the product returned and not any shipping if applicable. This process can take up to 3-5 days upon receiving your order back at our studio.
  • Kindly allow 7 days from the delivery date for the returns to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. 
  • Please return your products unused in the same condition as you received it. If the products are found to be used or damaged we will not be able to refund your money or help you with exchange.

All your queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10:30am-5:00pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day. 
  • Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 
  • If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than www.maishalifestyle.com, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We usually ship all our orders within 48 hours upon receiving the order. You can contact us to cancel the order till the time it is not dispatched. maishalifestyle.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Wash care instructions for Handbags:

  • Use a thin damp cloth to clean the body of the bag.
  • Do not hand wash or tumble dry the bag.
  • Use fillers to stuff the bag when not in use.
  • Do not dry clean.

Wash care instructions for Apparels:

  • For the first wash we recommend getting the garment dry cleaned or petrol washed in order to avoid color bleeding.
  • Wash using cold water & use a gentle detergent formulated to work in cold water.

Repair Services for Products Over 6 Months Old

  • We offer repair services for products that are over 6 months old. For a flat repairing fee of Rs. 400, customers can have their items repaired. To initiate the process, we kindly ask you to send us a picture of the defect at care@maishalifestyle.com. Once we confirm that the item can be repaired, you can ship it to us at your cost. After the repair is complete, we will promptly return it to you.
  • Alternatively, customers can choose to drop off and pick up their items at our Studio/Warehouse for a repairing fee of Rs. 250.

Note: 

  • All shipments will be processed primarily on Pincode. Incorrect pincode will result in the shipment returned to us and customer will have to bear shipping additional cost.
  • There might be a slight variation in the shade of the actual product and the image shown on the screen, due to different screen resolutions.
  • All our bags are handmade, hence the design though made from the same fabric may fall differently on each bag making them unique in their own way.
  • The tassels might vary from the picture or it may be of different colors as per availability.
