If I receive a wrong/ damaged product?

All the orders are carefully checked and inspected before dispatch, incase you have received wrong or defective product kindly do not panic. First initiate the return/ exchange request from HERE.

Our team will get back to you within 48 working hours and help solve your query by initiating a return pickup followed by either refunding you the full amount paid or exchange it with a new product of your choice of the paid value.

This process can take upto 10-14 days upon initiating the process. We will bear all the to and fro shipping if any.
